Diamond Business Interiors Limited
Bitopia first began providing IT Support and Consultancy to Diamond Business Interiors in 2005. Back then the challenges they faced were typical of many small businesses. With approximately 10 staff, 4 of whom were regular computer users, the business was operating on a peer-to-peer network, which is to say they had no server and no control over the security or management of shared resources.
Marketing Masters
Bitopia have been providing IT Support and Consultancy to Marketing Masters since 2007. In this time Marketing Masters have more than doubled in size with the nature of the business dictating that each new member of staff requires their own computer and telephone. When Bitopia first became involved with Marketing Masters it was clear that the business was being driven in a direction that would make best use of cutting edge technology to maximise its competitive edge.
Saints Rugby League Football Club
Bitopia provide ongoing IT Support and Consultancy to St Helens Rugby Football Club Ltd and we recently successfully implemented a major upgrade in their IT infrastructure to ensure the business has the reliable building blocks in terms of back end systems to maximise productivity and improve a number of aspects of communication and data protection.
Junior Saints
Junior Saints were looking to establish their online presence with a content-rich website to be aimed at the younger members of the Saint's community. Bitopia proposed a solution which was both vibrant and colourful, containing all of the necessary content on the club.
GP Reports Ltd.
The GPR system allows GPReports to streamline the entire process of report generation from booking the appointment to receiving payment for the final product. There are 4 different user experiences within the system; Agencies, GPs, Typists and Administrators are all presented with a different experience once logged in which is geared towards making their part in the report generation process as simple as possible.
DMG Steelworkers - Project Management System
DMG were aware of the considerable costs that can be associated with developing bespoke software systems and were very keen to ensure that the costs of a bespoke solution from Bitopia did not spiral out of control. Bitopia's solution was to build the bare bones of a database system that would manage DMG's most essential processes and that could be easily extended to add new functionality as and when the need arose.
