GPReports is a business based completely around their in-house case management software. By leveraging the benefits of their business system they are able to distinguish themselves from other competitors in the Medico-legal report market.
The system allows GPReports to streamline the entire process of report generation from booking the appointment to receiving payment for the final product. There are 4 different user experiences within the system; Agencies, GPs, Typists and Administrators are all presented with a different experience once logged in which is geared towards making their part in the report generation process as simple as possible.
To ensure the reports are suitable for purpose GPs submit their drafts or final copies via the website where an administrator confirms nothing important has been omitted and approves or rejects the report depending on their findings.
As a result of the entire process being managed through one system reports are generally complete and presented to the client within 7 to 14 work days.
Extensive reporting allows detailed tracking of the performance of the business and helps to ensure that targets are met. A complete audit trail is kept so any action on a case can be tracked right from the beginning till completion. Dictations, Reports and Addendums are all stored on the system and can be accessed by securely authenticated personnel whenever the need arises.
