Search Engine Optimisation
Recently we have been working on optimising a website for a client, Pneumat-Europe, who had left to use another company, but had found their services lacking so they had decided to return to Bitopia for their Search Engine Optimisation. After leaving, they found their website was no longer on the front page of Google, MSN and Yahoo for their keyphrases and their business was suffering as a result. The client's website is provides Silo Cleaning using the efficient Binwhip, Bindrill and Cardox silo cleaning equipment.
The client's website had been written in basic html and was in need of updating to more efficient code that would be easier to maintain but also easier for a search engine to understand so that it can index and categorise the website correctly. As soon as the search engines re-indexed the site, this provided a much needed boost to the rankings.
Using the latest SEO tools, we have been closely following the progress of various changes made to the website to try and raise the ranking of the client's website for certain keyphrases and keywords. When the client came back to us, they were not listed on Google for their top keyphrase, but I'm pleased to announce that they have risen much higher in the rankings, and are now listed on the front page of Google for certain keyphrases. On Yahoo, the success story continues with the client being listed as number 1 for the keyphrases Professional Silo Cleaning, and on the front page for all of the keyphrases.
